Executive Communication

Private coaching for leaders who need to communicate with more clarity, authority, and executive judgment in high-stakes rooms.

Who this is for

Leaders presenting in executive reviews, senior forums, or other high-stakes settings.

This is often a fit if:

  • you want to sound more like a leader executives trust

  • your thinking is strong, but the message is not landing

  • you over-explain or lead with too much context

  • your recommendation comes too late or gets lost

What I see

In an executive discussion, I can usually tell in the first 90 seconds whether the presenter is going to lose the room.

Strong leaders often lose executive audiences not because the work is weak, but because the communication is. The framing is too low-level, the recommendation is buried, or the message lacks conviction.

At senior levels, communication is not just about clarity. It is a signal of judgment.

My approach

1. Communication Diagnostic
We identify where your communication is losing strength — verbal, written, or both — and what it may be unintentionally signaling.
Focus: clarity, seniority signal, detail traps, and perception risk.
Outcome: You know what is not landing and what needs to shift.

2. Executive Message Architecture
We work on the actual messages you need to land: executive updates, strategy recommendations, headcount asks, tradeoffs, or team narratives.
Focus: structure, synthesis, recommendations, tradeoffs, and audience-specific framing.
Outcome: You can communicate what matters, why it matters, and what decision or action you need.

3. Practice Under Pressure
We practice the moments where communication tends to break down: pushback, challenge, ambiguity, time pressure, or senior-room scrutiny.
Focus: reducing overexplaining, handling pushback, and staying composed.
Outcome: You communicate with more control and credibility when the stakes are high.

4. Integration into Real Work
We apply the work directly to the meetings, presentations, updates, and conversations you are already navigating.
Focus: upcoming leadership moments, written and verbal messaging, and real-time adjustments.
Outcome: You improve the communication that matters now.
