I focus on signals of readiness for the next level.

This work draws on years of interviewing hundreds of candidates at Google and sitting on promotion and hiring calibrations.

We focus on:

• What each interviewer in the loop is evaluating
• The signals that distinguish Director vs. VP vs. senior IC levels
• The risks in your story or positioning
• How your answers land under pressure

For some clients, this work also extends into the offer and negotiation process.

How it Works

We run a mock interview. I apply pressure similar to a real loop and push beyond rehearsed answers.

I evaluate based on a custom rubric and give you structured, detailed feedback.
